HOW TO USE IT

Soap: Start by dampening your skin in the shower, then rub the soap on a washcloth or loofah to create a lather. Apply the lather to your skin and massage it in. You can wash from top to bottom to ensure you rinse everything thoroughly.

Apply body cream after showering or bathing when your skin is warm and damp. Damp skin absorbs lotion more easily, and applying after a shower can help restore your skin barrier. You can also apply body cream after shaving to help heal irritation and redness.

Sugar Scrub: Before applying the scrub, soak your skin in warm water to soften it and help the scrub work more effectively. You can do this in the shower or bath.
