At The Smelly Panda Soap Company, we understand that plans can change. We’re here to help with any order cancellations as long as your order has not yet been shipped.

How to Cancel Your Order

1. Contact us immediately at info@thesmellypanda or by phone at 260-318-7311 with your order number.
2. If the item has not yet shipped, we will cancel your order and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Once an Order Has Shipped

• Unfortunately, once your order has been shipped, we cannot cancel it. However, you can still return the item under our Return and Refund Policy after it arrives.

Refund Processing

• If your cancellation request is approved, refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days.
