Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  1. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  2. Items that are damaged upon delivery or defective are eligible for a return, regardless of use.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Gift cards.
  • Products marked as "Final Sale."

How to Initiate a Return

  2. We’ll provide you with a prepaid shipping label if your return is approved.
  3. Pack your item securely and drop it off at the designated shipping carrier.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • We will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, a refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges

Need a replacement? We offer free exchanges for defective or damaged items. Simply follow the return process, and we’ll ship your new product once the original is returned.

Exceptions for Customized Orders

Customized or personalized items may not be eligible for a refund unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
  • For orders under $35 that don’t qualify for free shipping, return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
